BUTTER MAKER
The Rothenburg butter maker converts cream into butter using a non-continuous batch process. The sizes per batch are individual, example sizes are 150 l or 250 l. The butter maker has an infinitely variable drive for the churning and kneading process, the adjustment range is from 7.9 minutes to 39 minutes and up to 1 hour. There is a discharge opening with a quick-release lid, a buttermilk drain valve and an inspection window on the side.
